On Tuesday evening, January 4, 2022, police in Thika East sub County launched an investigation into the alleged abduction of four children at Gatuanyaga area, Kiambu County.
According to Deputy Sub County Police Commander Muthee Nyaga, the four children were allegedly abducted while playing outside their residence before they were sprayed with a sleeping dose and bundled into a car.
The children allegedly escaped unhurt from their kidnappers, and the police have cautioned parents to be vigilant about their children's safety.
