On January 4, 2022, DStv Kenya announced a promotional upgrade for its customers, stating that it is their way of thanking valued customers for their continuous support.
This limited offer, known as the Step-Up promotion, will run up to March 2022 and will see both active and disconnected MultiChoice customers benefit from an upgrade to a higher package.
According to Celeste Muli, Head of Marketing at MultiChoice Kenya, the Step-Up promotion is designed to give customers a new viewing experience and access to great entertainment at great value.
Under the deal, DStv and GOtv customers will be upgraded to a second higher package upon payment for a package higher than their last active subscription.
MultiChoice aims to deliver the best video entertainment experience and further penetrate the Kenyan market with this promotional offer.
