Published on July 9, 2019, Lillian Muli's new hairdo is making waves on social media.
After unveiling the stunning new look on Instagram, the Citizen TV anchorwoman left her over 660,000 followers in complete awe. The last time Muli shared about her natural hair, she had 8-month-old dreadlocks, also known as sisterlocks.
According to Muli, she cut down her sisterlocks because they thinned after she had a baby. She expressed her gratitude to her hairstylist of over 10 years, saying, "This guy has done my hair for a decade and I don’t need to explain twice when I need something done. He just does it right."
Fans of Muli, who are usually used to seeing the newsreader in weaves, left hundreds of endearing comments. Former KTN business reporter Cynthia Nyamai wrote, "I love it I’m so tempted to copy," while Inooro TV news presenter Muthoni wa Mukiri said, "Lilian you look sooo hot???."
