On Christmas Eve, a devastating road accident claimed the lives of three loved ones of Dorcas Kemuma, leaving her heartbroken and seeking solace in prayers from the public.
According to her social media post, the accident resulted in the loss of her husband, Duke, her son, Dylan, and her mother-in-law, Salome.
"An accident has claimed my people's lives. My husband, Duke. My son, Dylan. My mother-in-law, Salome," she tweeted on December 25, 2021.
Her other child, Dwight, is fighting for his life in hospital after sustaining serious injuries, she revealed.
"My other son, Dwight, is fighting for dear life at Tenwek Hospital," Kemuma said in her post.
As she mourns the loss of her loved ones, hundreds of Kenyans have sent her encouraging messages, assuring her that all will be fine.
"I'm broken, scared, and alone. Share with me even as I mourn my people," she wrote, accompanied by a heart-wrenching video of her late husband playing with their sons just days before the tragedy.
