On December 23, 2021, a Kenyan fan, Chelten Tuguno, made headlines in the United States with a unique gift to Judge Frank Caprio.

According to a social media post, Tuguno offered Judge Caprio three goats as a token of appreciation, stating, “You, Frank Caprio, are a judge sent by God. I love you. I wish I could meet you before you get old. I have 3 goats that I have to give to you as a appreciation from me in Kenya.”

Judge Caprio, who is known for his charitable work, was touched by the offer and decided to call Tuguno to learn more about the gift.

During their conversation, Judge Caprio expressed his gratitude and asked Tuguno about the significance of offering goats. Tuguno explained that his ancestors were goat herders, making the gift even more meaningful.

Instead of keeping the goats, Judge Caprio asked Tuguno to donate them to local families in need. Tuguno agreed and, three days later, donated the goats at a church ceremony.

Frank Caprio, 85, is the Chief Municipal Judge in Providence, Rhode Island, and his judicial work is televised in the TV show Caught in Providence.
