As the National Super League teeters on the brink of collapse, clubs are calling for a three-week suspension to address pressing issues with the Football Kenya Federation caretaker committee.

Leading the charge is Murang'a Seal FC, which sent an email to the committee's secretariat chief executive, Lindah Ogutu, highlighting the need for clarification and a way forward to prevent a crisis.
Ali Nour, the committee's head of competitions, has acknowledged the issues, stating that they are exploring ways to resolve bottlenecks and improve management and planning.
According to the email, the clubs' concerns include the failure to supply match statistics, the presence of ineligible players, and financial difficulties among teams.
APS Bomet chairperson Rose Chemutai has expressed support for the clubs' demands, urging the caretaker committee to find a quick solution to avoid further crisis.
