On Friday, a four-storey building under construction collapsed in Murang'a County, sparking a massive rescue operation.
The building, located inside Sun Star Hotel in Murang'a Town, is feared to have trapped several workers inside.
According to reports, five people working at the site have been rescued and taken to Thika Level 5 hospital for treatment.
Fire engines from Murang'a and Kiambu Counties have arrived at the scene to assist in the rescue efforts.
