MultiChoice Launches GOtv in Nanyuki, Expands Access to Entertainment

On December 15, 2021, MultiChoice Kenya launched a new GOtv transmission station in Nanyuki, Laikipia County, marking a significant expansion of its services in the region.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, MultiChoice Kenya managing director, Nancy Matimu, said, “It is a proud moment for us as we launch these new sites will offer more Kenyans access to information, education and entertainment available on over 70 channels on the GOtv platform.”

Laikipia County Executive Committee (CEC) Member for Trade, Tourism and Cooperatives, Biwott Tirop, welcomed the move, stating, “The launch of the GOtv site will accord the residents of Nanyuki and neighboring areas an opportunity to plug in to a wider selection of entertainment. The county government also welcomes this move as it will unlock more employment opportunities for residents of this area.”

GOtv offers various packages, including GOtv SUPA, GOtv Max, GOtv Plus, GOtv Value, and GOtv Lite, catering to different customer needs and budgets. The packages range from KSh 265 to KSh 1,499 per month, providing access to over 20 to 70 channels, respectively.

The GOtv transmission station in Nanyuki will offer premium local and international channels, including Maisha Magic Plus, TL Novelas, Honey Channel, Food Network, and more.
