Helicopter Services to Boost Emergency Care at Mama Lucy Hospital ¶
As of next year, Mama Lucy Hospital in Nairobi will be equipped with helicopter services, a first in public hospitals, to facilitate the transportation of patients requiring emergency care.
According to General Mohamed Badi, the Director-General of the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS), the hospital has marked a decade since its inception and is now poised to take its services to the next level.
Speaking during the hospital's 10th anniversary celebrations, General Badi emphasized the importance of this new development, which will significantly enhance the hospital's emergency response capabilities.
