According to Mbappé, his biggest fear is not winning and disappointing others, but more so, it's the fear of not meeting his own high expectations. He explained,
“I'm afraid of not winning, of disappointing, because you are demanding of yourself. I am even more demanding of myself than people can be of me. You always have an over-demands on yourself. This is what drives you every day”,
revealing the driving force behind his relentless pursuit of excellence.
