Delicious Train Fish Recipe ¶

Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of train fish
- 2 teaspoons of ginger
- 1 cup of pilipili
- 1 cup of saumu
- 1 cup of chumvi
- 2 cups of beef masala
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cup of oil
Instructions:
- Wash the train fish thoroughly and cut it into large pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ginger, pilipili, saumu, chumvi, beef masala, and carrot.
- Place the mixed ingredients in a saucepan and heat it for at least an hour or until it thickens.
- Meanwhile, cut the train fish into smaller pieces and set it aside.
- Once the sauce is ready, add the train fish to the saucepan and stir well.
- Place the saucepan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Remove the saucepan from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the train fish hot with your favorite sides, such as chapati, ugali, or rice.
