As the festive season approaches, Amara Realty is giving back to their customers with exclusive offers on their properties.
One of the offers is on plots in Katani Area, located slightly past Syokimau, at the end of Katani Road which has been freshly paved by Chinese construction company Wuyi.
The plots, measuring 50100 or 1/8 acre, are available for Kshs.1.98 million, payable in instalments of up to a year, and only a few of them are remaining. The plots have their respective titles ready.
Another offer is on Amara Realty's Nanyuki projects, where they are selling them at a discounted price of Kshs.380,000 from the previous Kshs.400,000.
Customers will need to pay a deposit of Kshs.150,000 and the remainder in instalments of four months. The plots, measuring 100100 or 1/4 acre, are located in two different areas: one on the side of Olpajeta, 200m from the main road to Rumuruti from Nanyuki, and the other is on the road towards Maiyan Hotel, 10 minutes drive to Maiyan.
