Published on November 12, 2021, a viral video has been making waves on social media, capturing a couple's intimate moment in broad daylight along the Kisoro-Bunagana road in Uganda.
The couple, identified as 29-year-old Paskari Hafashimana and 24-year-old Colodine Mukamulenzi Muhawenimana, were later arrested by the Ugandan Police for being a public nuisance.
According to reports, the Director of Public Prosecutions sanctioned a charge of indecent practice against the duo, which they pleaded guilty to on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
However, the trial magistrate, Fred Gidudu, sentenced the couple to 30 months in prison, sparking widespread reactions on social media.
As one Twitter user, @RealNasasira, questioned, 'People of Kisoro, what is this? How do you have sex on the road like seriously in broad daylight?'
