Super Metro, a popular Matatu Sacco, has launched 50 new buses through various financing models and is now offering free rides to its loyal customers as a token of appreciation.
According to the Sacco's official Twitter handle, the free rides will start next week on all routes, including Kikuyu Route 105, Thika Road, Juja 236 to Makongeni 237, and the Ngong to Nairobi CBD Route 111.
"As a way of appreciating the love and support, starting next week, expect the free ride on all our routes," the Sacco's statement read.
The Sacco has been praised by its users for its friendly customer service, with many hailing it as one of the best-managed SACCOs in Nairobi.
"They are among the best-managed SACCOs in Nairobi. Always well maintained mechanically. They are orderly and they are clean," Road Alerts stated.
Super Metro had previously offered free rides in October, as part of the Customer Service Week, and this latest offer comes barely a month after that.
