On November 3, 2021, a case involving the alleged destruction of property worth Sh144 million in Donholm, Nairobi, was set to begin in a Milimani court. However, the hearing was delayed due to a mix-up in evidence.

The case involves members of two self-help groups who allegedly stormed a farm in Donholm, armed with crude weapons, and destroyed property worth Sh144 million. The first witness, Dickson Kitoi, a supervisor at the Gidjoy Investment Ltd's farm, was stood down after it emerged that the exhibit photos in the prosecution's file did not match what the defence team had.

According to Kitoi, the accused invaded the farm on March 27, 2018, claiming they were the original owners. He stated that the over 20 invaders came in groups of four, and were armed with pangas and other weapons. Kitoi informed his employer, Mark Munge, and he directed him to report to Caltrex Police Post.

Principal Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe ordered that the sixth accused person, Mr. Oduor, who is representing himself, be provided with all photos that are part of the exhibits. Shikwe also directed the prosecution and defense teams to meet and ensure documents they are using match.

The case resumes on November 16, 2021.
