On November 1st, 2021, Tottenham Hotspur made a significant change in its managerial lineup by appointing Antonio Conte as its new manager, following the departure of Nuno Espirito Santo.
Conte, a 52-year-old Italian coach, has signed an 18-month contract with the option to extend it further. He brings with him a wealth of experience, having guided Chelsea to the 2016-17 Premier League title and the FA Cup the following season.
Conte expressed his excitement about returning to coaching at a Premier League club with ambitions to be a top contender, saying, "I am extremely happy to return to coaching, and to do so at a Premier League club that has the ambition to be a protagonist again."
Managing Director Fabio Paratici welcomed Conte to the club, highlighting his impressive track record and the qualities he can bring to the team, saying, "We are delighted to welcome Antonio to the Club.
