On Monday, November 2, 2021, celebrated mugithi artist Samidoh embarked on a two-month tour of the United States, where he will perform in various states.
Samidoh, a policeman by profession, will tour cities including Dallas, Houston, Boston, Birmingham, Atlanta, Seattle, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia (DMV).
The musician, known for his hit song 'Muthoniwa,' which featured former vice-president Kalonzo Musyoka and garnered over a million views on YouTube, expressed gratitude to his fans and well-wishers before his departure.
"As I start my USA Tour and bid you my fans farewell for two months, I would like to thank the Almighty God for the favor and love bestowed upon me," Samidoh wrote on his social media pages.
He also extended his appreciation to his family, friends, and fellow artists, thanking them for their support and encouragement throughout his music journey.
Samidoh's visit comes amidst a backdrop of controversy surrounding his personal life, including a high-profile baby mama drama involving politician Karen Nyamu.
