MP Sudi's Diploma Forgery Exposed in Court

Richard Munguti, a senior journalist, has uncovered evidence that MP Oscar Sudi presented a fake diploma to the IEBC to secure his seat.

According to court documents, Sudi presented a diploma from the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) to the IEBC, claiming it was his. However, the diploma was actually issued to a different person, Scholastica Achieng Odhiambo, with the registration number 20879.

John Matseshe, the KIM official who verified the diploma, testified in court that Sudi's diploma was fake. Matseshe stated that he was asked by the EACC to verify the diploma, and upon checking the KIM's database, he found that the diploma was not issued to Sudi.

When asked by the prosecutor, Riungu Gitonga, who provided Sudi with the fake diploma, Matseshe replied that he was given the diploma by an EACC official, who asked him to verify whether Sudi had ever attended KIM and completed a diploma course.

However, Matseshe's testimony revealed that Sudi's diploma was actually a fake, and he had used it to secure his seat in parliament.

On October 27, 2021, Matseshe testified in court, providing evidence of Sudi's diploma forgery. The case has been ongoing, with Sudi denying the allegations.

On January 31, 2013, Sudi had presented the fake diploma to the IEBC, along with other forged documents, to secure his seat in parliament.

As the case continues, Sudi's reputation is at stake, and the public is left wondering how he managed to present a fake diploma to the IEBC and secure his seat in parliament.
