On October 26, 2021, the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) sounded the alarm over the alleged actions of the National Intelligence Service (NIS) in Kenya.
The ICJ accused the NIS of deploying agents to threaten, intimidate, and harass judges and judicial officers during or after the delivery of their decisions.
