Frank Lampard, the newly appointed Chelsea boss, has been listed as a top contender to be sacked in the Premier League next season, according to bookmakers.
On July 4, 2019, UK Sun reported that Lampard, who penned a three-year deal at Stamford Bridge, had emerged as joint favourite to be fired once hostilities commence in the Premier League next season.
At the time, Lampard was expected to face a difficult spell at Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea facing a two-window transfer ban, suggesting he could turn his focus on youngsters to achieve any meaningful success during the 2019-20 campaign.
However, under Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, the England legend should expect the worst, with bookies taking notice of that in their odds as they drew up the Premier League potential sack list.
Lampard and Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, are leading the pack for sack and are priced at 6/1.
Despite the odds, Chelsea are still rated 14/1 to lift the Premier League at the end of the season or 4/1 to claim any other big four trophies.
