On Friday afternoon, veteran Swahili news anchor Badi Muhsin passed away in Mombasa, Kenya, at the age of 67.

Published on October 8, 2021, Badi Muhsin's death came just months after he returned to the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation to help raise the national broadcaster's profile.
