Manchester United's Luke Shaw has spoken highly of Cristiano Ronaldo's influence on the team's dressing room since his return to Old Trafford.
Shaw, a defender for the Premier League club, has praised Ronaldo's professionalism and its impact on the team's mentality.
"You know the star he is, what he has been doing over a number of years, it's just unbelievable to be in a dressing room with him," Shaw told the BBC in an interview published on October 7, 2021.
Shaw highlighted Ronaldo's professionalism and how it has improved the team's mentality, saying: "You see the way he conducts himself, how professional he is. It's clear to me why he has been at the top for so many years. His mentality is second to none. I think he has really improved that in and around the changing room."
Manchester United have had a mixed start to the season, with 14 points from their opening seven Premier League matches. They will look to improve their form when they take on Leicester City on October 16.
