FC Barcelona's woes have been a subject of ridicule for many, and the latest to join the fray is Russian football club Spartak Moscow. The club took to Twitter to poke fun at Barcelona's struggles, comparing their crisis to a global social media outage that occurred on Monday.
On October 4, 2021, Spartak Moscow tweeted: “Even Barcelona is not that down right now as all these social networks.”

Barcelona's struggles are well-documented, with the club currently ninth in La Liga after winning just three of their opening seven games. Ronald Koeman is under intense pressure to keep his job as head coach, and the club is still struggling with financial debts amounting to more than £1bn.
Barcelona's poor start to the season is not the only concern for the club. They have also had a difficult summer after losing Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann to PSG and Atletico Madrid respectively. The team has also had their worst ever start to a Champions League campaign.
