Published on July 4, 2019, Supermart.ng, Nigeria's leading online grocery delivery service, has introduced Supermart Prime, a new delivery option that offers customers unlimited grocery deliveries for 30 days at a one-time fee of N1,500.
According to co-CEO Raphael Afaedor, Supermart Prime is designed to make grocery shopping even more convenient for busy urban professionals and homemakers. With this new delivery option, frequent customers can now shop away even more conveniently by paying only N1,500 once for unlimited deliveries for 30 days.
Supermart Prime is available to customers who select the delivery option while checking out on Supermart.ng. After doing so, they will be asked to pay N1,500 instead of the usual N800, and they will not be charged anything on their next visit, and the next, and the next too over the next 30 days.
Supermart.ng works with various stores, including Park 'n' Shop – SPAR, MedPlus, Office Everything, Mega Plaza, 9 – 7, Chi-Shoppe, as well as local markets, and has an inventory of over 50,000 items, including fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, household items, Nigerian ingredients, dry groceries, fresh bread, baby products, alcohol, office supplies, and lots more.
Co-CEO Gbolahan Fagbure noted that Supermart's goal is to save customers the 6 hours they spend stuck in traffic just to do their groceries. With Supermart, customers can select a 3-hour window between 12 – 3, 3 – 6, and 6 – 9 pm in which they want their order delivered to them any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Supermart.ng's trained personal shoppers shop on behalf of customers, visiting the shops to pick and pack the items for delivery. A well-presented delivery-man then takes the groceries to the doorstep of the customer at home or in the office. Supermart.ng vehicles contain insulated compartments to ensure groceries are kept at the right temperature in transit.
Supermart.ng delivers to all areas of Lagos and allows shoppers to select a preferred day and time as well as delivery option, add their payment options, and then the firm shops and delivers to the customer's location. Supermart.ng is also giving shoppers a free coupon code MARCH to get N1,000 off their groceries till March 31st, 2015.
