October 2, 2021, will be a day to remember for Annie Nixon, a senior producer at NTV Uganda. Her ex-boyfriend, Edgar Luvisi, had been threatening to ruin her life for two years, and he finally made good on that promise by leaking her naked photos online.
Nixon, who is also the mother of Luvisi's child, was left swimming in embarrassment after the photos surfaced. In a statement, she apologized to her friends, family, and employers for the images, which she claimed were taken without her consent.
According to Nixon, Luvisi had been using the photos to blackmail her, and she had reported the matter to the relevant authorities. She expressed her disappointment over Luvisi's predatory betrayal and prayed that justice would be served to prevent him from preying on other unsuspecting women.
