Kenya's National Parks and Game Reserves are set to benefit from a new mobile photography competition launched by OPPO. The Reno6 5G Wildlife Mobile Photography Challenge aims to revive local tourism by encouraging visitors to capture the country's stunning wildlife on camera.

Contestants have until October 8th, 2021, to submit their entries, which must be shot exclusively from a mobile device. The quality of the images will be the deciding factor in selecting the winners.

The top three contestants will walk away with significant prizes: KES 200,000 for the winner, KES 100,000 for the first runners-up, and KES 50,000 for the second runners-up.

To participate, contestants must capture images of Kenyan wildlife using a mobile phone, follow OPPO on social media, and post their images using the hashtags #IPPOWildlifeChallenge and #EveryEmotionInPortrait.

According to OPPO's PR Manager, Muthoni Wachira, the challenge will highlight the brand's Reno Series innovation in camera features and capability. The Reno6 5G, for instance, features a 64MP AI Triple Camera setup and a dedicated colour temperature sensor.
