Comedian Eric Omondi has finally moved into his luxurious seven-bedroomed mansion in Karen, Nairobi, a home he claims cost him Sh141 million to build.
According to Omondi, the construction of the mansion cost him Sh72 million, while the land itself cost him Sh69 million.
"This project is a culmination of my hard work in 14 years of comedy," Omondi said during a house tour.
He further explained that he had moved into the new home for security reasons ahead of a major announcement on October 19, and would be drafting in officers from the Administration Police (AP) and the General Service Unit (GSU) for added security.
During the house tour, Omondi revealed that he had moved into the house just three days ago from Kileleshwa, where he had been living.
The mansion features a spacious master bedroom with a bathroom the size of a sitting room, a shower, bathtub, and jacuzzi, as well as a wardrobe that opens into a balcony.
Interestingly, the wall art in the master bedroom originated from France, Omondi revealed.
