On September 30, 2021, Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and East African Breweries Limited (EABL) launched a marketing-driven podcast featuring the visions and insights from notable marketing and business leaders.
The podcast, which will consist of thirteen episodes, will focus on providing insights on marketing in a digital world and educating listeners on the role of leadership and digital transformation in marketing.
According to Edward Oswe, Chief Executive Officer of MSK, the podcast aims to inspire and inform listeners with stories about corporate innovation and entrepreneurship from business leaders and experienced marketers.
"We hope to inspire and inform listeners with stories about corporate innovation and entrepreneurship from business leaders and experienced marketers, who will share their real-world experiences and challenges," said Oswe.
Oswe noted that the COVID-19 pandemic had presented marketers and business leaders with unique challenges that require innovative approaches to navigate.
The podcast will draw more content from a two-day MSK Marketers Conference, which will feature notable global speakers, including brand experts Ian Hatton from South Africa and Graham Robertson from Canada.
Senior marketers, including Angela Mwirigi, director of digital financial services at Kenya Commercial Bank, and Anne Joy Mithira, head of marketing at Diageo, will also grace the conference.
