Ringtone, a well-known gospel singer, has been dealing with a string of misfortunes in recent times. His troubles began with a serious car accident that damaged his luxurious vehicle, just before he received the sad news that his latest gospel song, featuring Rose Muhando, had been removed from YouTube due to copyright claims, as reported on September 28, 2021.
The song, titled 'Yesu Ang'are,' was pulled down from the platform after the copyright claims arose. In response, Ringtone took to his Instagram to express his disappointment, stating, 'YESU ANG'ARE OFFICIALLY REMOVED FROM YOUTUBE; BY UPCOMING ARTIST LYING THAT AM STOLE THE SONG FROM HER. The demons and devils are happy, and Jesus is sad.'
Ringtone's predicaments are not limited to the removal of his song from YouTube. He is also yet to resolve his issues with blogger Robert Alai, who allegedly injured him after a slight road accident they had.
Amidst these challenges, singer KRG the Don has come to Ringtone's aid, offering words of comfort and sympathy. In a video, KRG expressed his feelings, saying, 'Sijui Kenya ikona shida gani. Muache afanye injili… Corona iko kwa nchi…'
