On September 27, 2021, Talanta Football Club began their Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League journey with a promising draw against Wazito FC at the Ruaraka Stadium, marking the start of their official partnership with 10bet.

Club boss Douglas Ratemo expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating that 10bet was their 'Official Global Betting Partner and official club shirt sponsor.'

The three-year agreement between Talanta and 10bet follows the latter's commitment to supporting sports in Africa.

According to Ratemo, the partnership will be mutually beneficial, allowing both parties to grow the team, cater to fans, and promote grassroots football in their communities.

Arthur Perry, 10bet Africa CEO, emphasized the importance of growing into Africa and supporting football in Africa through partnerships with teams like Talanta FC.

Talanta kicked off the 2021/22 season with their first match, introducing three new signings to the starting XI under coach Ken Kenyatta's guidance.
