Microsoft has released Windows 11 for members of the Windows Insider Program, with a stable version expected to be released on October 5th.
According to TechMoran, users can enroll in the Windows Insider Program by visiting the Microsoft website and registering for the program. Once enrolled, users can download and install Windows 11 on their computers.
Minimum Configuration for Installing Windows 11 ¶
