Kenyan Songstress Dela Maranga's Private Wedding Revealed ¶
Kenyan singer Dela Maranga has revealed she had a low-key civil wedding to her husband, Dr. Reign, in a ceremony held at Sheria House in Nairobi on July 3, 2019.
According to Dela, she chose a civil wedding to avoid the drama and excessive spending that often comes with traditional weddings.
"I think normal weddings have a lot of drama and spending for nothing," Dela explained. "I chose something that would make my day special."
The couple had previously held a traditional ceremony at Dela's mother's house in July 2018, with only their immediate family in attendance.
Dr. Reign is a trap artiste and a pediatric doctor at Nairobi hospital.
Despite their desire for a private wedding, Dela has announced plans to throw a party for her friends, which will be private but will take place soon.
