On September 18, 2021, Baldev Chager secured his second win of the season in the KCB Ramisi Rally, a victory he dedicated to his injured teammate Tejveer Rai.

Chager, navigating with Ravi Soni in a VW Polo R5, dominated the competition to take the top spot. Carl 'Flash' Tundo came in second in his Mitsubishi EvolutionX, followed by Jasmeet Chana in a similar machine.

Aakif Virani in a Skoda Fabia R5 emerged the Division One winner in fourth overall position, while the all-ladies crew of Maxine Wahome and Linet Ayuko secured the Division Two title in a career-best seventh spot.

Chager expressed his gratitude for the win, saying, 'We (Kabras) have become a smaller team after Tejveer Rai got injured in the Safari Rally. This victory is for Tej, who is recuperating from the accident.'

The rally, held in Mombasa, was marked by high attrition, with half of the field failing to complete the demanding sea-level conditions. The event traversed sugar plantation stages around Kwale County, where crews faced hot and dusty conditions.

Chager's win was a consolation for his earlier retirement in Machakos, where he suffered a front LH damper failure about 40kms into CS1.
