Polycarp Otieno, the guitarist of Sauti Sol, has found himself at the center of cheating allegations. The claims surfaced after a video was shared on social media showing him with an unidentified woman at a private beach in Watamu, Kenya.
According to reports, the two left the venue after realizing it was not secure. The video was shared by controversial blogger Edgar Obare on his second Instagram account.
Obare reached out to Polycarp to ask if the woman in the video was his side chick. In response, Polycarp denied the allegations saying, "So now I can't hang out with my female friends... I do not have a girlfriend, I have a wife. It's unfortunate that people are out to taint other people's lives. I saw this lady taking a pic of me and I let her entertain herself... please carefully analyze what is sent to you... "
Polycarp and his wife, Landy Mandy, have been together for eight years and got married in 2018 in a lavish wedding in Burundi. They welcomed their first child in September last year.
Polycarp has managed to keep his love life private all along, but the recent allegations have put him in the spotlight.
