- 500g fresh tuna
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 1 lime, halved

Start by searing the tuna chunks in a nonstick pan over medium heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side.
Next, add the paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste. Then, add the vinegar and bring to a boil until the liquid reduces and slightly thickens.
Once the sauce coats the fish, sprinkle the oregano over the fish and set aside. Toss the shredded lettuce with tomato and capsicum, and add a teaspoon of olive oil and the juice of one lime. Mix well and serve with the spicy wet fry fish.
