September 5, 2021, marked the beginning of a new chapter for Ruth Kerubo, a woman who had accused singer Willy Paul of impregnating her. However, in a shocking turn of events, Kerubo has abandoned her baby and vanished into thin air.
According to sources, Kerubo had initially condemned Willy Paul for impregnating her and dumping her. She had also claimed that the singer had pledged to take care of her and the unborn baby, only to disappear after all.
"So I have pregnancy for Willy Paul since December and he vowed that he will take commitments of his baby and I agreed to keep a secret but since he began ignoring me. He asked to sleep with me for the second time and I refused. So he told me not to ever look for him. He has blocked me," said Ruth Kerubo in a previous statement.
Willy Paul had taken a legal route to clear his name, accusing Kerubo of fabricating the paternity of her unborn child and damaging his status. Kerubo was booked for defamation but released on a police-free bond without any charges.
"They wanted cash bail, I didn’t have money so I don’t know why I was released because it got to a point I was released," said Ruth Kerubo.
It has now been revealed that Kerubo had left her baby with a friend, Marion, who had taken her in after being denounced by her parents. However, Kerubo vanished without a trace, leaving her baby behind.
