On a dramatic Saturday evening at the Nandi Bears Club, KCB RFC pulled off a stunning 28-25 victory over Kabras Sugar to retain their Kenya Cup title.

Trailing 20-0 at halftime, the underdogs staged an incredible comeback, with Darwin Mukidza drilling home the winning penalty in sudden death.

This was the fifth Kenya Cup final between the two rivals, with KCB's victory marking a remarkable turnaround in fortunes.
