The club had unveiled its new jerseys, sponsored by Sportpesa, and fans were eager to get their new kits before SimbaDay on September 19, 2021.

Stores like Vunja Bei reported selling over 60,000 new shirts in just 8 hours, with fans even coming from as far as South Africa to purchase the new outfits.

As one fan tweeted, 'Some stores jerseys are sold out they are restocking.' The excitement was palpable, with fans showing their love for the team on social media.
