Centum Investment Company will hold its Annual General Meeting via electronic means on September 24th, 2021. The meeting will be held virtually, allowing shareholders to participate remotely.

Shareholders will consider and approve a first and final dividend of KSh 0.327 per ordinary share for the financial year ended March 31st, 2021. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register of members as of October 8th, 2021.

Shareholders to Re-Elect Directors

During the meeting, shareholders will also re-elect Dr. Moses Ikiara, who will take the position of the late Christopher John Kirubi, and Andrew Mukite Musangi, who was appointed to the board. Additionally, shareholders will approve the re-election of Kenya Development Corporation, successor to Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation, as a corporate director.

Furthermore, shareholders will approve PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's auditors.
