On August 31, 2021, gospel musician Vivianne Kenya, formerly known as Vivian Wambui, marked a significant milestone in her music career by releasing her first gospel song, titled Nioneshe.

The song, which is a personal testimony of her life, aims to encourage her fans to depend on God, who knows their lives intimately.

According to Vivianne, Nioneshe is her testimony of overcoming life's challenges and finding peace in her relationship with God.

She expressed her gratitude to her fans for their overwhelming support, saying, “We’re encouraged by your comments. I’m working on holding my tears because my prayer is for Him to create in me a clean heart.”

Early this year, Vivianne shared her journey of rediscovering herself through a renewed relationship with God, citing her struggles with negativity, self-doubt, and other challenges.

Her new song has received congratulations from fellow female gospel artistes, including Kambua.

Check out a glimpse of the new song in the video below.
