On August 30, 2021, GOtv Kenya announced the launch of a campaign to provide its subscribers with more entertainment options at a lower cost.
The campaign, dubbed 'Tuko Na Form/Tuko Nawe,' allows customers to upgrade to higher packages at a lower cost, with new, active, and disconnected customers eligible for the offer from August 30, 2021, to November 28, 2021.
According to MultiChoice Kenya managing director Nancy Matimu, the campaign is a way to thank valued customers for their continuous support during challenging times.
“This exciting campaign is meant to continue thanking our valued GOtv customers during these financially challenging times by allowing them to enjoy more varieties of content for their continuous support. We are reassuring them of our commitment to continuously deliver the best video entertainment experience in Kenya,” said Nancy.
Customers who upgrade to GOtv Max will enjoy additional entertainment channels, including sports, general entertainment, kids, music, and documentaries.
Those who upgrade to GOtv Plus will get 13 additional entertainment channels, including general entertainment, movie, sports, and kids channels.
GOtv has been working to strengthen its content offering across all its lower packages, offering customers more value at an affordable price.
As part of this effort, GOtv made Maisha Magic East available to all GOtv packages in February 2021, and added new channels to its lower packages, including National Geographic Wild, FOX, Trace Mziki, and ESPN.
GOtv remains committed to delivering the best video entertainment experience by telling the best local and international stories.
