Bolt Food Expands Operations in Nairobi

On August 30, 2021, Bolt Food announced its expansion into new areas within Nairobi, aiming to bring reliable food delivery services closer to customers.

The company has now extended its services to Windsor, Kiambu Road, Thome Estate, Garden City, Ruaraka, Kahawa Wendani, Mirema TRM, Donholm, Buruburu, Umoja, Imara Daima, Embakasi, Nyayo Estate, Karen, and Langata.

According to Edgar Kipngetich Kitur, Country Manager at Bolt Food, the company has experienced tremendous growth since its entry into the food delivery sector.

"We continue to experience tremendous growth and reception since our entry in the Food delivery sector. At Bolt Food, we are committed to delivering quality services to our customers," said Kitur.

Kitur attributed the company's success to exceptional customer service and significant investments in ensuring customers enjoy excellent service when ordering on the Bolt Food app.

As part of its growth strategy, Bolt Food is providing its couriers with necessary training to ensure quality service delivery and professionalism in the entire value chain of food delivery.

"We have and continue to invest in our couriers to ensure that we maintain high standards and meet all requirements set by the National Food Safety and Coordination Committee," Kitur said.

Since its launch, Bolt Food is now available in over 40 estates within Nairobi and has partnered with over 400 restaurants for customers to choose from.
