Naivas Supermarket has marked a significant milestone with the relaunch of its Ngong Road prestige branch, the 62nd outlet for the retailer. The store was officially opened in December 2019.
Located in Prestige Plaza along Ngong Road, the refurbished store covers over 50,000 square feet of trading space and offers a world-class shopping experience with a focus on general products.
According to Willy Kimani, head of Commercial Operations, the retailer has been working towards this moment for a long time. 'This move was driven by our need to constantly meet and exceed customers' needs, as the business is alive to the fact that the environment it operates in is changing and the consumer is evolving,' he said.
As part of the relaunch, Naivas is offering a four-week heavy deal of exclusive offers dedicated to the outlet. This is a way to mark the mega milestone and ensure that all who walk through its doors will walk out having experienced true authentic Kenyan hospitality through massive savings.
