The Communications Authority-sponsored side was crowned National Super League champions after defeating Soy United 2-1 in a match played in Nairobi.
With three matches remaining, Talanta FC had already accumulated 68 points, securing their place at the top of the NSL table.
Fortune Sacco trailed closely behind with 56 points, vying for automatic promotion alongside Kenya Police, Kisumu All-Stars, Vihiga Bullets, and Kibera Black Stars.
At the end of the season, the third-placed team will participate in the promotion playoff, offering a chance to join the top tier.
