Username Investments has made a significant contribution to the empowerment of young people by sponsoring a delegation to attend the International Model United Nations (TIMUN 2021) conference in Zanzibar, Tanzania, from August 23rd to 28th, 2021.

The sponsorship was facilitated through Affecto Foundation, and the event was held at Username Investments' Head Office in Westlands at Le'mac Building.

Reuben Kimani, CEO of Username Investments, expressed the company's commitment to empowering young people by providing them with diverse opportunities, including mentorship and training. He presented a cheque of Ksh 200,000 to Ndungu Nyoro, Founder of Affecto Foundation, to cover the expenses of the delegates during the conference.

Reuben Kimani emphasized the importance of investing in knowledge, quoting Benjamin Franklin, saying, 'An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.' He encouraged the delegates to take advantage of the conference to learn and network, applying the knowledge gained to better their lives.

Speaking at the event, Ndungu Nyoro thanked Username Investments for their endless support to Affecto Foundation, which has enabled thousands of students to access learning opportunities, receive mentorship, and acquire life skills necessary for their well-being.

Username Investments has been recognized for its impact on the lives of Kenyans, not only through affordable land but also through its contributions to various aspects of well-being.
