August 20, 2021, marked a day of desperation for Mrs. Ngatia, the first wife of former Tahidi High actor Joseph Kinuthia, as she pleaded with Kenyans to build her a house. The mother of three, whose real name is Judy Wachuka, has been struggling to pay rent for her bedsitter in Kayole, where she resides with her children.

Speaking during an interview with her husband, Omosh, which aired on August 19, Mrs. Ngatia revealed that she has been facing numerous challenges since the pandemic struck in 2020. She claimed that her family has been thrown out of four houses in the past two years due to her inability to pay rent.

According to Mrs. Ngatia, her landlords often refuse to believe that she lacks rent, citing her and her husband's appearance on the TV show Tahidi High. She alleged that one landlord even threw her out of a house in Umoja, saying that her husband has a big name.

Currently, Mrs. Ngatia owes her landlord two months' rent arrears amounting to Sh.10,000. Despite her struggles, she expressed gratitude for any assistance she can receive, stating that she would appreciate even a temporary structure.
