Netflix has finally joined the spatial audio party, supporting the feature on iPhone and iPad with compatible headphones.

According to reports, the feature was first spotted on Reddit, and Netflix subsequently confirmed spatial sound support on the platform.

On iOS, users don't need to do anything to enjoy spatialized sound, as the iPhone or iPad will automatically detect and activate the feature when a compatible app is launched.

However, users can disable the feature by long-pressing on the volume bar and navigating to the control panel.

With the upcoming iOS 15, scheduled for next fall, support for spatial audio will be expanded to more applications, allowing for a more immersive audio experience.
