July 27, 2021, marked a turning point for Muthoni wa Mukiri, a former Inooro TV presenter, as she began to open up about her past struggles with financial desperation.
Wa Mukiri, who has since transitioned to vlogging on YouTube, confessed that her partying lifestyle from Monday to Sunday had taken a toll on her finances, leaving her broke and desperate.
'I was broke but I had no one to tell,' Wa Mukiri revealed. 'The people I could have told were very judgmental, and I didn't want them to see me broke.'
Her partying days, which spanned from Monday to Sunday, not only drained her finances but also led her to prioritize material possessions over her well-being.
'I treated myself so badly that I never realized when men I was dating were treating me badly,' Wa Mukiri said. 'I pegged the quality of life on money and material things.'
Wa Mukiri's decision to quit her job at Inooro TV in early 2021 was a turning point for her, as she sought to focus on her business ventures and prioritize her mental health.
