Maina Kageni, a popular Kenyan radio presenter, recently returned from a vacation with Shiro, a woman he affectionately referred to as his 'room mate for Miami'. The two were seen enjoying each other's company at the Miami South Beach, sparking curiosity among Maina's colleagues and friends.
Speaking to Jalang'o in a past interview, Maina expressed his reservations about marriage, stating that it's not for everyone. He cited the example of Sir Charles Njonjo, who got married at 54 and is still alive at 100, saying that men often try to impress their partners, which can be detrimental to their health.
On his vacation with Shiro, Maina showered her with praise, describing her as the 'loveliest person ever' and the 'most fun person ever'. He also revealed that Shiro is a doctor pursuing her second doctorate and PhD.
Shiro is expected to return home next month, and Maina's colleagues and friends are eagerly awaiting her arrival. As one of them, Mwalimu King'ng'ang'i, jokingly asked Maina to bring her home, not Rome.
