On Saturday, 24th July, Kush Tracey, a Kenyan rapper and TV presenter, was recognized for her efforts in helping the needy. The Huggies company gifted her Kush Tracy Foundation with a lorry-load of 260 cartons of diapers, estimated to be around 20,000 diapers.
Tracey expressed her gratitude on social media, stating that the unexpected kind gesture had strengthened her belief in a higher power. She shared a photo of the donation on her Instagram account, captioning it: “Exactly one week ago, on a Saturday like this, I was at a supermarket coincidentally buying @huggieskenya diapers for the @kushtracy_initiative. Today, they’ve sent me a lorry with 260 cartons of diapers that are an estimated 20,000 Huggies diapers. As support to @kushtracyinitiative. TRULY I SERVE A TRUE & FAITHFUL LIVING GOD,”
Tracey has been involved in charity work since 2020, when she started the Kush Tracy Foundation, a non-governmental organization that assists the needy. Her efforts have earned her recognition as one of the few public figures who give back to society.
Comedian and media personality Jalang’o, also known for his philanthropic work, has been supporting young talents and has a foundation that helps the needy. He recently sponsored Harun Gitari for medical treatment in India.
